How LUCIA Gateway handles website, application and support information.

Website forms
The beta, investor and partner forms collect only the information you enter. They never request private keys, seed phrases, API secrets or financial account data. Information is used to qualify requests, organize test waves and evaluate relevant collaborations, based on your consent.
Abuse protection
Cloudflare Turnstile limits automated abuse and is validated server-side. Cloudflare may process technical data necessary to provide this protection.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database protected by LUCIA account access controls. They may be retained for up to 12 months, unless a legitimate need or applicable deletion request requires otherwise.
Application and third parties
Depending on enabled features, LUCIA may process settings, session state and technical logs locally on your device. Services you connect apply their own privacy terms.
Your choices and security
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you voluntarily submitted, and withdraw consent for future communication. No system is risk-free, but LUCIA applies least-privilege and separation principles.
